• I booked the massage really last minute but there was an early appointment available and I needed help with some shoulder pain following a Pilates class. My appointment was amazing - she addressed all the pressure points around my shoulders and neck and even spotted some tension in my lower back and I could immediately feel the issue resolving and then it was totally gone shortly after the appointment. I realized I should book these kinds of massages more regularly!
