• The class was very helpful and well organized. The instructors seemed well prepared and knowledgeable. All of the teachers seemed to have the same understanding which allowed for consistency as they cycled through the class. When we asked questions the feedback was kind and directly addressed the need. We did not feel dumb for asking questions. We felt empowered to apply these techniques at home. The material was very accessible for people of any height, strength or size to use. I only wish I could have been there longer! I didn’t want it to end.
