• I really like Elizabeth and her experienced technique, she remembers our prior conversations and areas of concern and builds that into her approach for each session. Result: she focuses on the areas where I hold the most tension and does a light touch on the rest. I get the majority of my session focusing on areas that bring relaxation and stress relief, like my upper back head and shoulders.
