• First, the reception staff are exceptional - They have been so supportive of my visits to MYO. I look forward to checking in, even before I arrive. Each class that I've taken has been a worthwhile experience. Feldenkrais, Original Strength, AIS, Roller, Samba, Therapuetic Pilates - each first class. I wish there were more of me to take more classes. The 2 massages I enjoyed there were icing on my MYO 'cake'. Thanks, magnificent MYO team.
