• Everything was clean and everyone was pleasant. Kylie did a great job, but it wasn't the best massage experience I've ever had so I felt inclined to deduct 1 point.

• My masseur listened to my muscles and applied the appropriate pressure. It was very enjoyable. Also, when I had trouble with booking online, I called and the receptionist helped with that issue then called me back to make sure I was able to log in and book my appointment.
