I have been back and forth on leaving this review, and decided it is needed to protect other consumers. I was a returning client, however my first experience with the owner, Chrissy. The owner of this spa is unprofessional. She did not provide the service and did not refund the prepaid amount. I walked in without a mask, and the way she handled it was out of line. I had no problem putting on a mask, but did have a problem with the way she spoke to me. I told her I would leave, and I would like a refund. She said "No Refunds". The CRAZY thing about all of this??? For a woman that is so concerned about COVID, she proceeded to follow me to my car, stand less than 6 ft., drop her mask below her nose and mouth to justify her actions. If she was truly concerned about COVID-19, then why did she remove her mask? I share this because this is unprofessional, immoral, and theft. Please know, I agree it is her small business, and she had the right to ask me to put on a mask. I do not disagree. Who wants to do business with a Dumpster Fire??? And that is exactly what I walked into at this spa, as so will you. Do yourself a favor... go across the street to Skin Sense.

Raised my rating due to the owner calling to apologize. Seems like the frustration was less with me and more with Groupon. I appreciated the sincere conversation and will give this business another shot.

My husband purchased me 2 Groupons as a gift, an xl area an employee told me could be used for legs and a medium area for underarms. The girl doing the treatment was super friendly which is the only reason I'd give this place even 1 star. Very customer service oriented, friendly, and I left the treatment having her add on an additional area to my bill and was even going to purchase a package for tattoo removal and cool sculpting. When I got to the desk to pay for the additional treated area was when things went from good to terrible. The owner met a paying customer with complete hostility, I've never experienced a business owner with such a complete lack of emotional intelligence. She first started off with "Only 3 sessions? You're going to leave here hairier than you came in." I explained I had already done 2 sessions at a different medspa to which she replied "I have no clue who would've told you that you'd only need 5 treatments.... most people need 10." Then when she started looking into at my account she got even more upset stating that an xl area is only for half leg and that she's never offered full leg on Groupon. Who immediately accuses a customer of being a liar?? I was literally handing over a credit card... And then she said I should've also never been able to purchase 2 Groupons. I explained that I had my husband purchase what her employee told me to and she said I should've clicked on the Groupon link that described the area sizes and that she's talk to someone about the Groupon issue because I shouldn't have been allowed to do that. She also said if I didn't purchase more sessions I'd have to forfeit my 3 paid for leg sessions because what I had done was double the work... how does that math add up?? And how in the world did I get scheduled on a Groupon (redeemed the vouchers over the phone prior to treatment), have the treatment, and then not until checkout be bombarded by such rudeness and hostility?? As a business owner myself, I would've taken a hit for the employees mistake and saved a customer... then I'd take a real hard look at myself and question how well am I actually training these employees. I firmly believe the only reason this woman is still in business is because of Groupon. Buyers beware, sometimes it's better to pay more... I will be happy to take my money elsewhere and make sure all of my friends know to steer clear of this place. It's too bad her employees will suffer due to her poor judgement and lack of empathy.

This was the best massage I ever had. Complete. Deep where it was needed and relaxing every where else. Chrissy is amazing

I absolutely loved my first session of lazer Hair removal. I purchased full leg, underarm, and Brazilian. The manager Chrissy was very patient and explained thoroughly. I had clear expectations and wasn't surprised by the procedure. I found that the laser was similar to a hot stone massage. I could have fallen asleep if I wanted to. In the areas that the hair was the coarser, it was a slight pinch but it was fleeting. The facility was clean and easily located. Carmen and Lisa were both the technicians that worked on me and they were equally fantastic. I will be even happier when the open up their Rockwall location. I am going to purchase other LHR packages because of my excellent experience.

Rude!
Don't book an appointment here if you're trying to reduce stress or ease pain and tension. Only book here if you want stress and pain. Bought a Groupon thinking I could use it ...scheduled an appointment waited in the lobby and after they redeemed my Groupon they told me it wasn't valid even though it wasn't expired. Called for an appt for a laser tattoo removal on 02/19/2014 at 11 am in Forney. Arrived and gave the business a once over. Entrance was clean and neat. Receptionist was friendly and took care of me quickly. Tattoo tech called me in and the appt was on time without being made to wait. I had more pain than I expected and the tech helped me thru it and took her time to apply the numbing cream. This did delay the procedure, but was very helpful and appreciated.
The procedure took about 15-20 minutes and was explained thoroughly and to my satisfaction. While it was being done, I looked all over the back room and found it to be clean and comfortable. The tech used gloves, sterile equipment for after care and followed the proper technique. I have had a total of three previous tattoo removals from a Dermatologist so I knew what to look for. I was very satisfied from what I saw and experienced.
I am a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience and would have ran if anything wasn't perfect. I was impressed by their demeanor and patience.

I've been going to Laci on the salon side for a couple of years now and I'm always happy with my color and cut! I've also had laser hair removal and it's been heaven ever since! I love the service here!

I visited the Richardson location and was turned off by the deserted, run down location. However they had already redeemed my Groupon voucher over the phone, so I kept my appointment. One staff member was super nice and the other super snotty. Staff seems inexperienced. Not the place to go to relax or spend your hard earned money.

Mandi is the best hair stylist ever! I have gone somewhere else and always want to come back due to the lack of satisfaction. And she is pretty funny! Love mandi!

I went in to get myself all prettied up for my date with this really cute guy! They did a great job on my mud mask and doing my eye brows. I wanted to have my bikini line done but I didn't have time and I'm a bit of a pansy when it comes to waxing! But I did take time for a deep tissue massage. There is nothing more relaxing than a strong mans hands rubbing out all that tension while I listen to some classical music!
No really I just got a gift card for a friend and they said it was amazing. I was a hero...
