• I was very kindly offered water upon arrival (very much appreciated as I was nursing a hangover lol). It was my first appointment with Katie and she did an incredible job and gave the best scalp massage during my shampoo time. I don't know how Nicole does it but I have never had a bad experience at My Reis and my hair always comes out better than I expect. It's exactly why I drive two hours to go here!

• I brought my son, Enzo, in. He has had sooo many negative outcomes with haircuts having course ethnic hair, but Sam gave him just what he was hoping for (maybe just a touch shorter than he wanted :), and he had a really positive experience. I think we'll actually be able to convince him to get a haircut a little more frequently! Thank you so much, Sam! We will definitely be back to see you!
