• The salon is inviting and friendly. Danielle, who cuts my hair, is very meticulous and skilled in her craft and she makes sure that I like what she's done. My wife comments: "your hair looks good," which says to me that My Reis and Danielle are just what I need.

• It can sometimes depend on the staff of the day. Karyn was so great-she just REALLY heard me and I left with what I wanted. I look forward to working with her again. Also Caitlyn was at the front desk, and she always gives such a warm, authentic presence. The three staff people working were professional, friendly, and no anxious or drama vibes.
