• I walked into your Portsmouth location looking horrible and hoping for an opening. They didn't have one there until later that evening but saw that the Exeter location had open appointments that morning. An appointment was made quickly and I headed there. Staff in both locations were friendly and made me feel welcome. Caitlyn listened to what I wanted done, asked appropriate questions about the shades of color, (covering my grays), and did an amazing job. I felt amazing when I left and will definitely be back.
