• Upon entering, the receptionist was very welcoming and explained exactly what to do. Caitlyn was very attentive, talked through everything she was doing with my hair, talked about products but didn't push them, and was very friendly. Checkout was also very easy. It was a great experience. I had previously been seeing Carly but I'll be back to see Caitlyn again for sure. I love my haircut!
