• The whole experience was very pleasant--the front office staff made me feel welcome the minute I walked through the door. The office is tastefully decorated and elegant which made for a relaxing ambiance. After completing the forms, which were very easy and straightforward, Shani, my aesthetician, called me to her treating room. Shani has done work on me prior to this at another location and she has always done a great job, unlike others who have treated me. Shani was the reason I chose this location to try the plasma pen treatment for my sagging jowls. She did not disappoint again--she took the time to observe my face as she had done several years ago and she listened to my concerns--she knew exactly what to do. After the treatment, I could see immediate results--the sagging was nearly gone and the treatment is supposed to continue tightening my skin for the next several weeks. I look much younger already and feel better about my appearance. I can't thank Shani enough for her expertise and artist's eye!!!
