Well here we are in 2024 and I'm updating my review from four years ago. My family has now been seeing Tony for 14 years and he's still the best massage therapist out there. He has helped us not only with the general aches and pains of growing older, and day to day life, but he's helped us through lots of injuries too. From when my daughter was quite young and had gymnastics injuries to old rugby injuries my husband still carries with him. Tony also helped me recover from the injuries I suffered the two times I was rear ended. He helped more than the PT in releasing my frozen shoulder, and then later after shoulder surgery, he helped to get me back to 100% pain-free full mobility. Tony is also amazing at resolving my TMJ pain. Seriously run, don't walk, and book online with Tony, you definitely won't regret it.

So I think at this point Tony has been the massage therapist working on my family for close to 9 years! He not only helps our body feel better with everyday aches and pains, but has helped us through massage recover quicker from many injuries. Tony is magic with TMJ pain, one session and I'm pain free! He has helped my daughter recover quicker from her gymnastics injuries. Recently, he helped to achieve more mobility in one 90 minute session with my frozen shoulder, than 6 weeks of PT! Tony was professional, personable and knowledgeable about the body (and history).
I usually never like to hold a conversation when getting a massage, but I like history, it's not stressful (although it can be frustrating), and Tony knows a lot about it.
He consulted with me first, regarding issues I was having with my body and then he went to work.

The room the massage took place in was in a Cross Fit gym, and the entire time, I was able to hear the dropping of weights and the music of the workout room. There was also an AC unit in the massage room that was very loud and distracting. Tony was great, but I wasn't able to fully relax due to the background noises.
