• The last 4 classes I have taken were all taught by different instructors. Each instructor brought their unique perspective to the class and opened my mind to see yoga in new ways. I'm so grateful for Courtney Krueger, Jaime Gnau, Monica Hall, and Danny Douglas. It's so refreshing to find so much depth in one studio. If anyone is in need of healing in the mind, body, or spirit this is a great place to start!
