• Ten out of ten! Danny was great, very very thorough in his explanations, I kept my eyes closed, basically the entire time, and I'm as nervous as one could be, and I understood everything he was saying, and he explained everything in such a relaxing, soothing manner. Great!

• I have not done yoga much and was a little anxious about coming to the class. This was my first visit to the studio and my first time doing hot yoga. Everyone was so nice and Abby was so informative and encouraging throughout the class. I will come again!
