• I have always loved the classes that MHY has offered as well as the times. Classes are available before and after your typical work schedule, which is what attracted me to the studio to begin with. The care from the staff is what has made me a repeat member. Last night's class was the perfect gentle and steady flow that my body and mind needed to aid sore muscles and help my healing heart.
