• My Hot Yoga- Springfield is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Not only are the instructors incredibly skilled, patient and kind (especially with a semi-newbie such as myself) but the facility is immaculately clean and lovely! They have heated AND non-heated classes/spaces...showers, and such a broad range of types of classes that is tough to find at other studios. Prior to moving here, I attended a hot yoga studio that frequently was not as "hot" often times during classes. My Hot Yoga has yet to disappoint, they are so consistent. I would recommend this studio to anyone searching for a "hot yoga sanctuary" to call home...you will not be disappointed!
