• This was an awesome beginners class! I enjoyed the explanations of things, the cues and the flow of the class from top to bottom. REALLY enjoyed the cooling towel at the end 💜 I know there's only so much to smash in an hour but I would have loved to work some more on balance poses or more standing work. Overall, Danny was incredibly great and I'll probably be back for more!
