• My Hot has the best atmosphere in Springfield! As soon as I walk in the greeting and friendliness of the instructors is amazing. Like coming home. The hot studio is a perfect heat and lavender lingers on the air promoting calm. The non-heated room is open and vibrant for movement of all kinds. And the instructors are so knowledgeable, professional. Their care and concern for our personal goals is encouraging to keep coming back for a good butt kicking! 🤣
