• Because I am almost 50 my flexibility is what I have lost the most with age. Instructor Dan does an excellent job of warming us up and pushing us to just the right point before cooling us down. Extremely satisfied with his class and I have been telling all my friends. Unfortunately I live an hour away so I don't get to make class as often as I would like.
