  • I have practiced yoga at other studios in Springfield, but My Hot Yoga has become my new home. I love the variety of classes and the schedule of multiple classes in a day. Best of all, the instructors I have had incorporate the mind, body, and spirit into their practice. They are kind, encouraging, and have such amazing energy! Highly recommend!
