• I loved the welcoming and answering of questions, the class and instructor and everything about it. And because I hadn't been to yoga in quite sometime, I appreciated the ease of the class and the comfort of going at my own pace with breaks to hydrate and feel comfortable!

• Adrienne is just a phenomenal instructor. The environment of My Hot Yoga has always been a great and inviting. And at the end of class getting the lavender scented cool cloth.... well it is like a spa treatment. The best ever.
