• It's been since before the pandemic that I've been to My Hot Yoga (4 years? 5 years ago? Meh, what is time?) Danny was one of my favorite instructors then so it was great to be in his class again when I decided on a last minute drop in! Love his pacing, instruction, and support for pose variations and diversity in individual pose expression Also, a part of my personal soap box, I noticed y'all are selling NOW essential oils and I very much appreciate that over MLM brands
