• My Hot Yoga has Great instructors, lots of variety and class options to fit my mode and schedule; I'm always learning new poses, classes are as challenging as I need them to be, they have fresh/clean facilities, towels (and cool lavender cloths) friendly faces, reasonable rates. Classes are always just what I need: relaxing, rejuvenating and non-judgmental/encouraging. Location is also a factor.
