• The classes are always varied- all the Different classes offered- the instructors are well trained and informative about the how's and why's of different poses. The Whole Energy of My Hot is Fantastic

• It was great the instructor had great energy I am new to yoga and have some physical issues have felt comfort with all instructor's but she gave alternate was to do the position if you are unable to do it also encourages and reminding you not to be hard on yourself and things will come with time.
