• Danny was so welcoming and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The facility was clean and the room was relaxing. The cold lavender towels were such a good touch. I really liked that each person there was honored at their own level and ability.

• I was afraid it was going to be too difficult and there was going to be too many things that I could not do, but it was very nice! The instructor had a very nice approach. There was nothing too difficult and he made sure to provide options for those who may not be able to do certain things. The environment and music was also very relaxing. I liked the instructor and his approach to everything.
