I love the morning classes and Lauren is a big reason of how I feel things have improved. The faculty is clean, and machines are in great condition with plenty of variety. I also love the class community that I have there and have met some of the best people.

I've been going here for over 10 years. The location makes it very convenient. I like the class set up - the division of weights and cardio and the rotation of different exercises.
I love the changes that are being made and the new equipment. It is actually clean for the first time. Great new bathroom. Love Lauren being back...she is great to work with.
I feel it would be beneficial to us as members and to the community if you changed the name.
