• First I would like to say that Jazz was great. The post-op massage was amazing! My only issue is that each time I came into the location this week, she was by herself servicing the customers who had an appointment. There was no one at the front to greet potential customers or answer the phone. Honestly, had I not spoke with Jazz already and made an appointment, I would have turned around and went elsewhere that had more than 1 person working. The owner should really consider having a receptionist up front because 1 person can't efficiently do everything.
