Fantastic friendly atmosphere with a great smell to it. A totally awesome relaxing space to exercise in with professional friendly help to guide beginners and also people that have been there longer. Extremely happy and a place l wil visit again soon.

Jacquie is so lovely and welcoming, she made me feel so comfortable in the classes when they were all my first time.
