• I've always loved Muses and while this time was still very nice and quite needed, it felt a little unorganized and not as warm and inviting as in the past. My masseuse didn't know I was having another service so I was taken to the lobby again and then I had to wait about 15 for my next service in the lounge...which was really cold 😬 and then there was some confusion on what service I wanted so the nail lady (who was great!) had to quickly set up for the service I wanted; I felt bad for her since she had already set up for something totally different. Still love Muses...but will probably wait until things return to normal (post-Covid) to visit again. :)
