• Staff at front desk are not friendly and they either were not at the front desk or unfamiliar with customers. They called me by a different name twice and during my arrival and departure I had to wait more than 5 minutes for assistance. Although, my message was amazing and the environment it great. Overall, wonderful massage but front desk could be friendlier and present.
