• I've never had a facial, and loved it. I didn't come prepared for the extra pampering (sauna, adult beverage, ability to shower) so unfortunately missed out 😢 due to having another appointment 30 mins after my facial. The only thing I'd suggest is being sure a new client understands what's offered. I wouldn't have scheduled my (nail) appointment for so soon afterward. I was told for a 9:30 appt that I'd be out by 10:30. 😕 I'm only disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy the full experience.
