• The front desk employee (I didn't catch her name) was super welcoming and explained where everything was, since it had been my first time visiting. I was able to relax for a few minutes in the relaxation room and get some water while waiting for my masseuse. She was great! She let me know what to expect out of the massage and if there was any area I wanted to focus on. After, she informed me of aftercare and how I should feel. 10/10 am definitely coming back!

• The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The waiting area and room were very elegant and soothing. Service was excellent, but may be on the high end for my friends.

• It would be nice to recommend the products used for purchase when at the front counter after the appointment. During the appointment takes away from the relaxation
