• This experience was great from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile at the front desk. She explained the paperwork process and then escorted me back to the room to change into my comfy robe and slippers and offered me a beverage. The lounge area to wait in was cozy and inviting. My masseuse was friendly and asked great questions to know what I was wanting from my service. Francine did an amazing job working out the tension I had in my shoulder and neck area and when she was done I felt extremely relaxed! Overall my experience was amazing.
