• I really enjoyed all the services. One thing that would have been more helpful is slightly more communication. Example: during my massage it would have been nice to have a check-in if the pressure was the right level. I wasn't sure if we were warming up or in the actual massage until like 10mins in I realized this is probably the actual massage and I need more pressure. Example for facial: I needed some time to adjust to the steam. But when the technician started to apply soap it scared me because I was having a hard time breathing already. Just a little more check in if the steam is fine and "I will be applying soap now" just little cues so the client is aware what's happening next when something is about to happen
