• Every staff member was kind, prompt, and more than accommodating. The facility was clean and well kept (I witnessed one girl tidy up the lounge room multiple times fixing a blanket that wasn't folded just right while she was dropping off drinks or doing another task). It was a pleasure to be there and it appeared that everyone that worked there was pleased to be there as well
