• I loved it! It was just strange that I had to dress in a tiny bathroom with nowhere to put my clothes & purse. You should also provide larger water cups or water bottles, since we're supposed to drink water after getting a massage.

• The service I received was incredible. She checked in with me and my comfort lever before and during which I appreciated and the facilities were clean and quiet. The only reason a slightly lower score provided is the towels and robes definitely need to be spruced up/replaced.
