• Staff and service providers were all wonderful! I particularly enjoyed my waxing and facial! The complimentary drinks were a nice touch. Next time I'll take advantage of the food options because I wasn't aware I could do that!

• I had a deep tissue massage with Brittanie (sp?) and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Your staff is also very accommodating. My only negative comment would be that women in the lounge were using their phones and it clearly states no cell phone use.
