• From the start, I was given a friendly greeting from the lady behind the front desk, then escorted to the relaxation room and was given slippers and a robe. The relaxation room was so comfortable and drinks were offered. The ladies were very kind to make sure I was comfortable. I had three different sessions and each technician was wonderful. They made sure to explain the process and answered all questions.
