• It a very nice place and Karenia was amazing. I was a bit disappointed because this was my first visit ever to a spa and nothing was explained to me upon my arrival. I was told I would receive a complimentary beverage and I chose a mimosa and never received it. It wasn't explained to me that I was to get undressed to the level of my comfort. So I did t know if I was suppose to get totally undressed or just undressed from the waist up. I was totally lost through the whole visit. Even though there was a lack of communication my massage was great.
