• Overall it was a great experience. However, the process for a first time customer could be better streamlined. We didn’t know we could use the sauna and I am not sure if we were limited to just one drink. It was here’s your robe and this is where you change kind of thing. Additionally, I totally understand having robes as a one size fits most but I am a petite girl (4’11) so that robe was extra long and heavy for my tiny frame. It would be nice if there would be a handful of smaller robes available for your more petite clients. Other than that, everything was great. Will be coming back!
