• This was the first time I was ever offered a complimentary glass of wine or champagne. The girls working the front desk and check in were very friendly. My massage was wonderful too.

• Great therapist! We always love the "vibe" of the waiting area. Robes are heavy and not cheap feeling. The restroom facilities are very well stocked and comfortable. Online booking was nice to use as opposed to waiting on hold or driving over. Two complaints from our family are....WAY too many candles and scents going on and they are all different scents! Secondly and the most important is the $3.55 fee for credit/debit/Apple pay. That is well above the industry standard and not the proper way to thank your clients. Especially in a post-COVID/cash-less era. Thank you.
