• Everything was perfect except for the loud clients chatting away in the locker section just as I came out of my quiet relaxing massage. Harsh re-entry. "Geez people, just because there are lockers here doesn't mean it's your high school locker room. It's a SPA!" Maybe a "quiet please" sign would help in that area.
