• Denise is amazing! She really knows how the body and muscles are connected. As a result, she and can target areas of pain and provide relief! She is a great person too!

• Denise did an incredible massage. She took alot of time listening to my pain and how injured myself. She explained the muscles that were causing it and determined best action plan. Spent alot of time focusing on those muscles. Explained during the massage what she was trying to accomplish. I felt incredible the next day. She also called next day . Asked how I felt and gave me recommended stretches in between visits. I am confident with continued massage and maintenance I will be back to my normal activities.
