• I walked into Musclefix with an extremely stiff and sore back after injuring during a weighted squat session. I was due to see the chiropractor later that afternoon but didn't know how I would be able to bear any manipulation. After an hour with Selina I had so much more movement and freedom in my back, I was actually excited and able to let the chiropractor do his manipulation. Looking forward to another Musclefix experience soon.
