• The massage itself was fantastic - a 10. I think that the front desk logistics needs help though. I received confirmation of a 2 hour massage, with the time being 10:30 - 1:00. I thought - oh, how great, they allow for some buffer in the beginning and at the end. When we arrived at 10:35, the feeling was one of hectic-ness and that we were jerks for being late. Please be more clear with what time massages start, and if they start at 10:30, then say 10:30, request that the client shows up 10 minutes early, and remove the 1:00 end time from the reservation - it only adds confusion, and it took the first 20 minutes of the massage to release the feeling that I did something wrong. sending a 2.5 hour time block creates confusion, and that is a bad way to start a massage experience.

• The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing and very inviting as a new guest. Heather was a wonderful and communicative therapist who really helped with problem spots. I also felt very covid safe which is a big deal!
