• Aimee was excellent in her work and explanations and asking me what I wanted and then offering suggestions. I've had massages before but this was different for me because my goal was to try ANYTHING to stop the pain in my shoulder, neck, and upper back which I got from several days of bad positioning on a new sofa. I had tried Advil, home heat, my husband 'massaged' the spot (no relief and left a bruise). It hurt me to sit, stand, lie down. Even driving to Mudra was painful, my shoulders and neck bouncing on the car seat and headrest. This was totally not my usual physical state. The pain relief was gradually improving with Aimee's massage, and was immediately improved after all done, I was walking back to my car from Mudra and moving my shoulders and arms around, while happily exclaiming to myself that it worked. I'm sure I looked crazy. It is still feeling good. I had asked her to specifically focus on my problem areas, and I am still so grateful to have found Mudra, Aimee, and a next-day appt. I also appreciated the clean, spacious, calming ambiance of Mudra, and their COVID precautions.
