• Setting the appointment was easy...loved that you called to confirm. Price was within my expectations for the service. Environment is warm and inviting. Appreciated the offer of hot tea while i completed forms. Heather was amazing! She took the time to really listen to my needs and adapted the plan to fit my specific wants. Loved that she introduced essential oils into the experience. I was completely at ease and relaxed (which is the point, right?) and the hour flew by! I walked in a stressed out hot mess, and left a cool and relaxed man ready to resume my routine. I will definitely be back!

• I've been coming to Mudra for over a year now about once every 4-6 weeks. Prior to coming I hadn't never had Ashiatsu Massage before. I was hooked after my first visit! I have had several therapists and all of them have been excellent. Even though the drive is somewhat long for me and the price is a little higher than if I had it done closer to my home, it is worth it! Thank you.

• Whitney did a great job in some areas but final touch was a deep, fast sweep right behind the angle of the jaw; very nerve-y area, zing-y, not pleasant. Touch felt overall quite hard instead of soft quality of touch (not the same as depth). Kept going deep and hard in hamstrings despite numerous pressure reminders, "ouches", and obvious tensing of muscles. Please soften hands (and feet) so you can "listen" to the tissues
