• Great customer service from booking to checking out. The entire experience was very relaxing, comfortable, and we enjoyed being at our own pace. We loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place!

• My massage was great w Bri. And Ray's therapist was very careful with his arthritis wracked neck and really worked on it. We both had excellent experiences

• The outdoor experience only--the cool pool got hot. But I can see the challenge of making water comfortable in such heat! The windows of the highrise lofts nearby was a little unsettling...people are weird and love to peep. I thought I could see the silhouette of someone sitting at one window without curtains or blinds, but prolly my imagination.
