• I thanked my daughter for her gift of my first visit - she is a very satisfied customer! I let her know that I really benefited at this point in time for a chance to recalibrate and refocus on my path to healing from a herniated disc. I was stuck in a sort of overdrive from the huge swings in severe pain to days later almost no pain. I was jittery and unable to calm myself at night - awake & trying to be still so I could sleep & rest. I don't know if she could recognize how great a shift is was for me to fully relax the day of my treatment. I was very sluggish getting back on my feet afterwards but I relaxed and slept that night! I have a limited window of time to heal from this injury & I definitely needed this recalibration now. By the way - I did not wake up from night sweats - I know when it is coming on because my heart rate shifts b4 I sense that I'm heating up! 😊. Thank you!
