• Our appointment was at 8, but the previous guests weren't out on time and once the space was ready for us, it was 8:15. This was fine for us because we were not in a hurry. The reason my rating went down is that we were given a ten minute warning too early considering the delay in the schedule. We paid for an hour but were out the door 50 minutes later. We were notified by the chimes 3 to 4 times. I understand maybe your next guests were impatient, but it's not right to try to correct a timing delay by shorting a client who is still within their hour. I have two suggestions that might help. 1) create a longer buffer between bookings 2) notify your guests when the schedule gets behind Thanks for asking for feedback. My husband and I value your spa and will continue to patronize and recommend to all our friends!
